?Extra?s? Mark Wright spoke with ?GOT? star Kit Harington in London, where he is promoting another fan favorite, ?How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World.?
Of the eighth season of the HBO hit ?Game of Thrones,? Kit said, ?It's six hours. They?re gonna be pretty big episodes, I think we stepped into a realm of TV people won?t have seen before just on scale? I hope it changes TV.?
When Mark commented that Kit can?t seem to get away from dragons with his new film ?How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World,? Kit smiled, saying, ?That does seem to be the case.? What?s the movie?s message? He said, ?It?s about kindness, it?s about love, and I think right now in the world there are a lot of young people and children that are concerned with the kind of upheaval we are going through, especially politically, so I think a movie like this that doesn?t patronize them, but talks about kindness and love and caring for each other is a really important one.?
Harington is also starring in a play in London right now. He pointed out, ?That, to me, is the ideal career right now, and I should recognize it and go, 'This is brilliant.'"
The 32-year-old star, who married his former ?Thrones? co-star Rose Leslie last summer, revealed which he prefers between London and Los Angeles, explaining, ?I?ve chosen London? I?m a London boy. I love going to L.A., and it?s special when I do. I think it?s an amazing place with amazing creative minds, and its glamour and it's wonderful? But I?m too much at heart a 'misery guts'? I need cynics around me, I need grumpy English people.?
