VIDEO : Is YouTube's Machinima Dead?

DigitalTrends.com reports Machinima, the popular Youtube gaming channel seems to have shut down with no warning.

Machinima was founded in 2000, and debuted on YouTube in 2006. It gathered over 12 million subscribers during its lifespan.

But this year, Machinima?s entire video library was set to private with no explanation.

Warner Bros. got the rights to Machinima in 2016, before AT&T acquired Warner Bros. in 2018.

Machinima has since been under the control of T&T?s network Fullscreen, which includes Otter Media.

Otter Media said it wants to work with the Machinima team to create new content to be distributed on new channels in 2019.
