According to Business Insider, actors and New Yorkers Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard are selling their four-story Brooklyn townhouse.
They've listed their four bedroom home for $4.59 million.
The Wall Street Journal says that the star couple bought their home in 2006, for $1.91 million, when Maggie was pregnant.
Now that both of their daughters are going to school outside of Park Slope, they're listing the 3,600-square-foot property.
