There have been several rumors about Kim Kardashian wanting to expand her family with Kanye West. Now Kim and Kanye are confirming they are expecting their fourth child together. The Kardashian star confirmed the news to Andy Cohen on an episode of ?Watch What Happens Live.? According to Channel24, she already has three kids, North who is 6, Saint who is 3, and Chicago who is 11 months old. Like their past child, Kim will have her upcoming child via a surrogate.
