Reuters reports that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are preparing to welcome their fourth child into the world. According to reports, the couple is again using a surrogate for the pregnancy. Kardashian and West?s third child, Chicago, was born via a surrogate in January 2018 after doctors warned Kardashian of serious health risks if she became pregnant again following the birth of their first two children. In addition to baby Chicago, the couple has two other children 5-year-old North and 3-year-old Saint. Baby number 4 is due in May.
