After the fifth season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars ended on Cartoon Network in 2012, many fans reacted with anger at the new direction Lucasfilm was taking for their animated corner of the galaxy. However, according to Comicbook.com, with Disney's new streaming service, The Clone Wars is coming back. Star Wars: The Clone Wars was originally cancelled after the Lucasfilm purchase, as the animation team switched focus and dedicated their rime to Star Wars Rebels.
