The Wrap reports a ?Star Wars? fan asked Mark Hamill last week if there were any interesting behind-the-scenes things he could share about the 1977 film.
Hamill reveled that the X-Wing cockpit shots of Luke Skywalker and the rebels were filmed in London during a record heatwave...
...naturally making the pilot costumes super uncomfortable.
So they all wore shorts that couldn?t be seen by the cameras.
As Hamill put it, they were all "attacking the Death Star wearing shorts." Happy National Trivia Day!
