VIDEO : Disney+ Original Films Won't Have Huge Budgets

Disney's upcoming streaming service Disney+ won't include big-budget original movies.
CEO Bob Iger confirmed that the major movies will be saved for theatrical releases, but will eventually make their way to Disney+.
However, some smaller-budget movies will be made exclusively for Disney+, such as a live-action **Lady and the Tramp** remake.
"Our studio makes between eight and 10 movies a year, and they're big budget, hopefully big box-office films, that really belong, we believe, on the big screen. We're not looking to take one of those and put it on this platform."
**Star Wars** live-action shows such as **The Mandalorian** and a **Rogue One** prequel will be made for the steaming platform.
