Legendary singer Chaka Khan performed her hit song, "I Feel for You? during the annual New Year's Day Rose Parade on Tuesday.
But, The Wrap reports that some of Chaka's fans on Twitter were actually feeling bad for her.
It is unclear if it was an audio issue or simply Chaka Khan's voice. She was the grand marshal of the 2019 festivities held in Pasadena, California.
Many of the fans that were unsettled by her performance sounded off on Twitter. Comments included:
?Chaka Khan is a legend, but what just happened at the Rose parade was an abomination.?
?Either Chaka Khan is drunk or her in ear monitor is off," another person chimed in.
A fan asked, "Did anyone do a sound check? Love her, not this performance...."
One person wrote, "Poor Chaka Khan damaging her legacy due to horrible sound at The Rose Parade."
Another fan weighed in, "Lord, Chaka Khan sounds a mess at this Rose Bowl parade.?
