Andy and Anderson will be pumping up the fun in their live Times Square, New York broadcast until after the ball drops, at 12:30 a.m.
Cooper and Cohen will also check in with CNN correspondents who are stationed all over the place, to scope out various New Year's Eve happenings.
The Wrap explains, "Celebrity guests will stop by, music will happen, and so on and so forth. You know the deal."
