Jon Favreau?s upcoming live-action series **The Mandalorian** is almost finished casting.
The series, which will be available on the Disney+ streaming service, officially named its lead actor as Pedro Pascal.
Giancarlo Esposito, Emily Swallow, Carl Weathers, Nick Nolte and Omid Abtahi have also been cast.
Gina Carano is also joining the series in a featured role.
The list of directors for the show include Deborah Chow, Rick Famuyiwa, Bryce Dallas Howard, Taika Waititi, and veteran Star Wars director Dave Filoni.
