Kevin Spacey is being accused of sexual misconduct and there seems to be proof about it. A report of the investigation says the man accusing Spacey sent his girlfriend a message about Spacey. He first sent her a text saying Spacey was hitting on him and then a Snapchat video of Spacey touching him. After flirting with him Spacey rubbed his leg and unzipped his pants, touching him without consent. According to Newser, the man was scared to react because he was only 18, drinking and didn?t want to get in trouble.
