VIDEO : Steven Seagal Gets Case Against Him For Sexual Assault Declined

Steven Seagal was recently accused of sexually assaulting a minor in 2002. After looking into the allegation, Los Angeles prosecutors are declining the criminal case against Seagal. They cited California''s statue of limitations as a reason for denying the case. Prosecutors also said the investigation did not have enough corroborating evidence for the allegation brought against Seagal. This is the second time Seagal has had an accusation of sexual assault declined to be looked into.
