Back in 2012, Taylor Swift told Taste of Country that if she were to ever get a tattoo, "it would be a '13,' but I just... I don't want to get a tattoo."
According to Refinery 29, six years later, it appears as though she's changed her mind.
Early Friday, celebrity tattoo artist JonBoy posted a photo to Instagram of a brand-new rose tattoo on the back of (presumably) Taylor Swift's neck.
In the photo, the woman, presumably Swift, is wearing a gold chain necklace with a rose pendant that's nearly identical to the tattoo.
Swift celebrated her 29th birthday last week so perhaps the tattoo was in celebration of that.
