Business Insider reports that the video game development company "Riot Games" has suspended it's Chief Operating Officer Scott Gelb. The 2-month suspension without pay comes after accusations of sexual misconduct in the workplace. Gelb has been accused of repeatedly passing gas in employee's faces, humping employees, and hitting employee's testicles. In November, two women filed a class action lawsuit against the company, claiming that the "bro culture" that dominated Riot's work environment negatively impacted their careers. Riot Games acknowledged Gelb's role in upholding the toxic culture and said that Gelb will undergo training before returning to the company in two months.
