According to Extra, ?The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kenya Moore didn't have an easy path to motherhood.
The 47-year-old and her husband welcomed their daughter Brooklyn on November 4, after what she described to People as a high risk pregnancy.
Kenya admits, "We held our breath every time we went to the doctor" and says there were ?so many scares along the way.?
In addition to having preeclampsia, the former beauty queen also had a difficult C-section, complicated by fibroids. Doctors had to make horizontal and vertical incisions.
Kenya admits, "I started crying because I got so scared. I couldn?t get a hold of Marc, I didn?t know what was going to happen. I just remember feeling overwhelmed with emotion. It was really tough.?
