According to comicbook.com, the older Flash commented on Diggle's lack of a ring, causing fans to theorize Diggle as Green Lantern.

Now fan art shows Diggle as one of the Emerald Space Cops, with Boss Logic imagining David Ramsey as a Green Lantern Corps member.
