According to Comicbook.com, Marvel Studios is campaigning for their hit movie Black Panther to be nominated in nearly every category at the upcoming Academy Awards. According to one of the film's stars, the film featuring the first appearance of fictional Wakanda could have the Best Picture award locked down. Angela Bassett has mentioned that Black Panther "has it," while referencing the Oscars. She said, "It just reached in and grabbed folks' hearts and their minds and shattered so many expectations and preconceived notions."
