According to CNN, Netflix is making a series of the late Tejano singer Selena Quintanilla. Netflix says the series will show the choices the star and her family makes as they navigate success, family and music. Selena?s family are involved with the series and will serve as executive producers of the show. The singer won a Grammy in 1994 but was shot in 1995 by a fan who was the president of her fan club. Her sister Suzette Quintanilla said: "Selena will always have a lasting place in music history and we feel great responsibility to do justice to her memory.?
