The film stars Scott, Kristen Stewart, and Ella Balinska.
The project has been spearheaded by Elizabeth Banks, who will be directing and also starring in the project.
Charlie's Angels marks the third big-name franchise Scott has won a lead role in.
She's also set to play Princess Jasmine in Disney's live action Aladdin movie, which hits theaters on May 24th, 2019.
