According to SF Gate, Sunday Night Football had one of the most exciting games of the NFL, when the Chicago Bears upset the Los Angeles Rams.
The NFL broadcast also drew in a 4.3 rating over a 16 share in the 18-to-49 demographic, with an average viewership of 14.3 million.
Those preliminary figures cover the pregame show and the game against the Bears and Rams.
Fox came in second place for the Sunday night ratings, with a 3.4 rating over a 13 share with 10.7 million average viewers.
