Dakota Johnson's doubts nearly got the best of her when it came to Luca Guadagnino's Suspiria.
According to ComicBook.com, Johnson confirmed that the pressure of the role nearly saw her abandon the film days before cameras started rolling.
Dakota told Variety, that she went through a year of ballet instructions and strength training to change the shape of her body for the role.
Every day, eight hours a day, five, six days a week, and then I still had this f#%king meltdown four days before filming.
"I was in tears in [Guadagnino?s] office, like, 'I?m a fraud. I can?t do this.' It was awful, but now we just joke about it."
Johnson was able to overcome her trepidation about the role, but the darker elements of the film lead her to seek professional help.
