Although the Grammy Awards are often for being out of touch or lacking diversity in their nominations, this year women dominate many of the categories.
While there is lots to celebrate with the 2019 awards, The Insider says that there are also still plenty of snubs.
They rounded up 10 of the best snubs when it comes to the 2019 Grammy award nominations. They include:
1. Beyonce and Jay-Z: The Insider explains, "Neglecting to nominate Beyoncé and Jay-Z in bigger categories was a missed opportunity ... But the Grammys continue to relegate unique, varied, genre-bending music by black artists to the "Best Urban Contemporary Album" category with unclear reasoning."
2. Ariana Grande: Her album "Sweetener" did not get much attention.
3. Teyana Taylor: No nominations at all
4. Travis Scott: Super successful artist this year, but his number one album "Astroworld" was nearly ignored.
