Rumors are swirling about Chloë Grace Moretz and model Kate Harrison! Extra Tv reports that earlier this week, Chloë was seen kissing Kate's neck following a dinner date at the popular celebrity hangout, 'Nobu' in Malibu. After dinner, the couple walked arm in arm, to a fenced off area and reportedly made out behind a picket fence for 30 minutes. According to TMZ, the happy couple are also living together in Los Angeles.
