'Aquaman' faces some strong competition on its opening weekend, with 'Bumblebee' and 'Mary Poppins Returns.' But despite that, 'Aquaman' is still expected to earn $65 million or more at the domestic box office and over $100 million worldwide. The strong projections were enough to already start talks of a sequel from Warner Bros., says comicbook.com. 'Aquaman' is directed by James Wan and stars Jason Momoa, Amber Heard, and Nicole Kidman. 'Aquaman' arrives in theaters on Friday, Dec. 21.
