Demi Lovato is slowly making her way back into the spotlight since being hospitalized in July after an overdose.
On Tuesday, Lovato shared a fresh selfie of her in her jiu jitsu gear with the caption, "Sweaty, messy jiu jitsu hair."
According to CNN, Lovato entered rehab after her release from the hospital.
What I've learned is that this illness is not something that disappears or fades with time. It is something I must continue to overcome and have not done yet.
