CBS may be able to justify denying former CEO Les Moonves a $120 million severance payout. According to SFGate, lawyers for the network reported Moonves destroyed evidence and misled investigators. The former CEO was being investigated for accusations of sexual misconduct. The report says these non-consensual acts came before and after he began working for CBS. Moonves is denying these claims and saying he cooperated with investigators.
