YouTuber Lance McDonald shared the video that talks about other cut content as well before the game?s release.

McDonald was able to restore some of the content through an alpha version of the game, so some animations are a bit rough.

A cult mechanic created an on-the-go bonfire system that never made it into the final game. But when used creatively, it can be quite entertaining.
