Comicbook.com reports Nintendo may have big plans for 'The Legend of Zelda' franchise with the Switch.

Starting strong with 'Breath of the Wild,' and a refined release of 'Hyrule Warriors', it may have a new game coming out next year!

A 'Skyward Sword' port was not confirmed, but Eurogamer editor Tom Phillips said "Nintendo is keen to have a Zelda game launch on Switch every year.?

Fans are curious to know if this means a new game is in the works...

...But it is more likely it will be a port of a popular Zelda release.
