VIDEO : Shaq's Confusing Ranking System

TNT?s NBA studio show is known for having confusing banter between the hosts and on Thursday's night episode they struck again. Early on in the episode, Shaq declares Kawhi Leonard the second-best player in the NBA, which should have made Charles Barkley?s question of who is the best player in the Eastern Conference an easy one to answer. However, Deadspin reports Shaq confusingly said he doesn't know who the best would be.
