VIDEO : Broadway Musical ?Dear Evan Hansen? To Become Full-Length Movie

SF Gate reports that Tony-winning stage musical, ?Dear Evan Hansen? is being adapted into a feature film. Universal has acquired the rights to develop the project. ?Wonder? director Stephen Chbosky is also in early negotiations to helm the movie. Steven Levenson, who wrote the original ?Dear Evan Hansen,? book will write the film?s screenplay.
