A musical stage adaptation of Muhammad Ali?s 1996 Oscar-winning documentary ?When We Were Kings,? is in the works. ?When We Were Kings? centers on the legendary 1974 fight between Ali and George Foreman. The match, which was held in Zaire, is better known as ?The Rumble in the Jungle.? According to SF Gate, the musical will be produced by David Sonenberg, who executive produced the documentary.
