VIDEO : Margaret Atwood Confirms She's Writing A 'Handmaid's Tale' Sequel

Margaret Atwood has just announced that she's writing a sequel to 'The Handmaid's Tale' and it's scheduled for release in 2019. According to comicbook.com, the sequel is titled "The Testaments." Atwood revealed that the sequel "is set 15 years after Offred?s final scene in The Handmaid?s Tale and is narrated by three female characters." She also pointed out that the sequel isn't connected to the second season of the Hulu adaptation of 'The Handmaid's Tale.
