On Tuesday, Netflix said it will adapt British children?s author Roald Dahl?s books, such as ?The BFG? and ?Matilda,? as an animation series.
Reuters reports, the streaming company said it signed an agreement with the Roald Dahl Story Co, and production will begin in 2019.
The other titles include "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", "The Twits" and "Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator."
Netflix kept aside $8 billion to create original content in 2018, and has already spent $6.9 billion on content by the end of its third quarter.
