Miley Cyrus turned 26 on Friday, and on Thursday she celebrated with family and friends. Access reports that Billy Ray shared a photo featuring Miley, Tish, Noah and Trace Cyrus as well as Miley's boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. The photo was captioned "Peace and love to all". Miley's brother Trace also shared two sweet videos on his Instagram story of the family singing "Happy Birthday." The singer's birthday comes after a tough month for her and Liam who tragically lost their home in the Woolsey fire in Malibu.
