VIDEO : J.D. Scott Gets Engaged; To Annalee Belle

J.D. Scott, the older brother to twins Jonathan and Drew Scott is now engaged. According to Access, J.D. proposed to his girlfriend Annalee Belle. J.D. posted a photo of him proposing on Instagram saying he is on cloud 9. Belle also posted on social media announcing their engagement. She said J.D. proposed to her on Halloween but not until now are they sharing it with friends and family.
