VIDEO : 'Pirates of the Carribbean' Reboot Looks To Star Female Pirate Lead

Walt Disney Studios is looking to completely reboot the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.
According to Hybrid News, Disney is aiming to replace Captain Jack Sparrow with a female character named Redd, who is now the star of the ride itself.
ComicBook.com reports, Redd is a pirate who recently replaced the controversial "auction scene" in the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction.
Deadpool scribes Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese are currently writing the new addition to the franchise.
