VIDEO : Netflix Orders Series Based On Bloodiest WWII Battle

Netflix is taking on the story of one of the bloodiest events during World War II.
The company has ordered a four-part drama called **The Liberator**.
It will be a mix of live action and CGI, using a new technology called Trioscope Enhanced Hybrid Animation.
The drama will follow the 157th Infantry Regiment from Oklahoma from the Invasion of Italy to the liberation of Dachau.
The series is based on Alex Kershaw?s book **The Liberator: One World War II Soldier?s 500-Day Odyssey**.
