VIDEO : Michael Moore Finally Delivers 2003 Oscar Speech

Filmmaker Michael Moore is typically outspoken and vocal about topics he's concerned about.
The documentarian has rarely been silenced, with the exception of his acceptance speech at the 2003 Academy Awards.
When the director and political activist won the Oscar for Best Documentary, for Bowling for Columbine, his speech was interrupted.
Moore finally had the chance to read what he had long ago prepared, this time in its entirety.
Uproxx reports that Moore recently attended the Critic's Choice Documentary Awards to receive a Lifetime Achievement award.
Moore took that opportunity to finally say what he had prepared more than 15 years ago.
The crowd sat in full attention and listened to Moore's speech in it's entirety from beginning to end.
