ComicBook.com reports that Rudd?s costume is a pretty spot-on version of Weird Al circa the 1990s.
The best part is that the Instagram post about it was shared by Weird Al himself.
Weird Al gave Rudd the honorable mention for best costume of 2018, and then shared the winners!
