VIDEO : Showtime Orders ?Penny Dreadful? Spinoff Series

According to SF Gate, Showtime is ordering a spinoff of canceled series 'Penny Dreadful' titled ?City of Angels.? According to Showtime, the program will shift from London to Los Angeles in the 1930s, described as ?a time and place deeply infused with Mexican-American folklore and social tension." John Logan, who created the original series, will return as the creator, writer and executive producer for 'Angels.
