Extra reports Culpo called it quits, days after Amendola was photographed on a Miami beach with CBS reporter Bianca Peters.
A source says that Olivia is ?really upset? and ?extremely embarrassed? about the situation.
A source revealed to Extra that Danny and Bianca ?met just a few nights before they were spotted on the beach.
