According to The Wrap, ABC is prepping a comedy inspired by Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest.
The network has given a put pilot commitment to the multi-cam ?Work Wife.?
Written by Michael Ian Black, the ensemble multi-cam will explore the dynamics of ?work spouses.?
Ripa and Seacrest currently co-host the daytime talk show ?Live With Kelly & Ryan.?
They will jointly serve as executive producers on the ABC Studios project.
