Gotham is coming to an end next year, with only ten more episodes before the entire series is complete. For most of the characters on the show, the end will bring a transition into the iconic comic characters that we've all come to love over the years. As fans saw towards the end of last season, Penguin still has a ways to go before he becomes the comic-accurate version of himself, but he's closer to that ending than he's ever been.
