VIDEO : Luke Cage Becomes Another Cancelled Netflix Marvel Original

According to Screen Rant, Netflix has consecutively cancelled two of the Marvel original series. First to go was ?Iron Fist? and now ?Luke Cage? is also being cancelled after two seasons. Screen Rant cites the growing of their output and the falling of their quality as a reason for their Marvel cancellations During the cancellation there was no indication that the series or the characters would continue in some form. Some think viewership may be a reason for ?Luke Cage?s? cancellation but Netflix does not release those numbers.
