'Halloween' easily won the box office this weekend.
The film's take nearly matched the October all-time record set by Venom just a couple weeks ago.
According to Screen Rant and Box Office Mojo, Halloween earned $77.5 million in its first three days.
'Halloween' already the highest-grossing installment in the series.
It's also the biggest opening weekend in Blumhouse's history, besting Paranormal Activity 3's $52.5 million.
