Over the weekend, ?Teen Mom? star Jenelle Evans was taken to a hospital after an incident at her home.
Extra! reports that a female reportedly placed a 911 call in the evening of October 13. While it was ?called in as an assault,? an ambulance request was canceled. No incident report was taken.
Evans rep saying that Jenelle ?had friends over Saturday night and they had a bonfire on her property,? adding, ?Jenelle ended up tripping and falling by the fire.?
