Climate change is making sea-levels rise, which is putting them in danger.
Sciencemag says this includes Rhodes in Greece, the Kasbah of Algiers in Algeria, and Venice.
Scientists also say that nations should not wait to address these threats.
They say 37 of the flood-prone sites and 42 of the erosion-prone sites are already vulnerable.
