Reese Witherspoon says she doesn't believe in crash diets. Instead, according to her former personal trainer, Michael George, the actress eats clean and dines in small portions throughout the day. Business Insider reports she particularly loves nutritionist Kimberly Snyder's Glowing Green Smoothie. Speaking to Shape magazine about how Witherspoon gets, and keeps, her physique, George says: "Eat clean and healthy with small meals and snacks daily, reduce alcohol consumption, and do cardio 30 minutes a day for six days per week."
