VIDEO : Harry Potter Exhibit Opens in NYC

According to Geek.com, something magical is taking place in New York City. Harry Potter: A History of Magic, the British Library?s most successful exhibition, has opened at the New-York Historical Society. The exhibit is an in depth look at the true beginnings of the Harry Potter world both in how Rowling wrote the series, and where the author found her inspiration. The exhibit features several rooms for Harry Potter fans to explore. Each room is based on one of Harry?s classes at Hogwarts: Potions, Herbology, Divination, Charms, Astronomy, Defense Against the Dark Arts, and Care of Magical Creatures. Harry Potter: A History of Magic will be running through January 27th at the New York Historical Society.
